It has come to our attention that some private investigators publish advertisements on Craig's List and other places claiming to be Fellows or members  of the of Board of TCDIA, Inc., using this website as a reference. Those misrepresentations are false and misleading advertisements by investigators who want to fraudulently borrow from the prestige of this Alliance. All legitimate members of TCDIA use the TCDIA three triangle logo at the top of this page. If an investigator does not display the TCDIA logo on a website or advertisement, they are not a member of this alliance. Furthermore there is not now and never has been any other association bearing Alliance's name or the TCDIA acronym incorporated under the laws of the State of Texas prior to the formation of this corporation.
